Takt is a web-based productivity, task cadence, and execution workspace designed to help individuals and teams organize their tasks, track ETAs, manage Pomodoro focus sessions, and maintain personal meeting notes.
To access cloud synchronization features, you may register or log in using Google OAuth 2.0 or email credentials.
You retain all rights and ownership to the tasks, notes, comments, and any other data you create, submit, or store within Takt (“User Content”).

We strive to maintain continuous availability and data synchronization across devices. However, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
You may stop using Takt at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you may request permanent deletion by contacting us.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL HARIS ARSHAD, TAKT, OR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internet-based services and general contract principles, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of Takt after any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
